7. colour reproduction
although sugalily have made every effort to reproduce the shades of each product as accurately as possible, due to the variation in colour which can occur in each computer, exact matches aren”t possible.
8. privacy policy
in accordance with the data protection act 1998, sugalily will never give any user information that we have collected about you to any third party. we are committed to protecting your privacy. any information you provide us is used to improve our Website and inform you via email of the latest sugalily products or news. please email us if you do not wish to receive these mailings. please email us if you have any questions about privacy.
9. prices
all prices are in UK sterling (GBP £).
10. order acceptance
once you have placed your order we will validate it and the credit or debit card details (we accept payment by most major cards) you submit to us before we can accept your order. once this is complete we will send you an email to you confirming your order. our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. payment will be debited from your account before your order is dispatched. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
11. delivery
to make sure you get all of your lovely sugalily products we use our fabulous couriers for all orders over 1kg and royal mail postal services for all orders under 1kg.
all deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt and we can deliver anywhere in the UK and worldwide.

12. refunds
sugalily will be happy to accept returns on all products purchased from sugalily.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any used or damaged products and they must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. delivery charges are not refundable. sorry, we do not offer exchanges for returned products.
